1. Digital Service

Strømio offers a digital streaming service delivered immediately after payment. As such, refunds are not guaranteed once your account has been activated.

2. When Refunds Are Eligible

  • You did not receive your activation details within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You could not access the service and contacted our support team without resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Your device or app is incompatible.
  • The issue is related to your internet connection.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You failed to follow our installation instructions or support guidance.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@stromio.io with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used during purchase
  • A description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be accepted or denied at Strømio’s discretion.
